Аннотация

В данном эссе камерунский исследователь Ашиль Мбембе, опираясь на концепцию суверенной власти Мишеля Фуко, рассуждения Джорджо Агамбена о homo sacer и деколониальный подход Франца Фанона, помещает понятие биовласти в пространство постколонии и демонстрирует его недостаточность для понимания современных форм подчинения жизни власти смерти. Мбембе вводит понятие некрополитики, или некровласти, для объяснения различных способов, посредством которых оружие используется в современном мире для создания «миров смерти». Он утверждает, что колония в целом и плантации рабов в частности породили те некрополитические практики, которые сохраняют свою актуальность и сегодня. Мбембе описывает постколониальный локус как место, где диффузная и не всегда исключительно государственная власть вписывает «экономику смерти» в отношения управления и производства, и утверждает, что если в колониальную эпоху насилие являлось исключительно средством достижения прибыли, то в пространстве постколонии оно становится самоцелью.
