Объективация феноменального в экспериментальной психологии: Титченер и не только

Аннотация

В статье рассматривается понятие ошибки стимула, введенное Эдвардом Титченером в контексте экспериментальных исследований внутреннего опыта. На фоне интеллектуального контекста ранней экспериментальной психологии описывается интроспективный метод Титченера и дальнейшая линия развития исследований восприятия, представленная в основном американской литературой, а также некоторыми британскими и немецкими исследованиями. Специфическое понятие ошибки стимула в дальнейшем было преобразовано исследователями в экспериментальные гипотезы, в рамках которых установки испытуемых по отношению к своим перцептивным задачам выступали независимыми переменными, подлежащими экспериментальному контролю. В конечном счете эти методологические приемы позволили провести различие между феноменальными и когнитивными аспектами ответов испытуемых на предъявляемые стимулы.
