Формирование клинического взгляда. Развитие учебников и описание клинических случаев в немецкоязычной психиатрии (1875–1900)

Аннотация

Статья посвящена рассмотрению эпистемологической роли учебников в становлении клинической психиатрии в немецкоязычных странах в 1875–1900 гг. На материале учебников и связанных с ними практик казуистики показано, что учебник выступал не только средством систематизации и трансляции профессионального знания, но и инструментом, определяющим правила описания случая и задающим режим клинического наблюдения, а тем самым — формирование «клинического взгляда». Особое внимание уделено тому, как через организацию казуистического материала, способы связывания единичного наблюдения с обобщающими клиническими образами и приемы типизации конструируются диагностические ориентиры и уточняется язык клинического описания; в качестве ключевого примера рассматривается «Lehrbuch» Эмиля Крепелина.
